1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
NuBrewTea provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders above Rs. 499, after discount, within India. Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners, Fed Ex, Indian Post and DTDC. We target to have your products delivered to you within 5 working days of placing the order, however, sometimes it might take longer. Delivery times may also be impacted by holidays, weather conditions, and/or strikes.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
Currently we are not offering Cash on Delivery, but we have planned to introduce it in a short span of time. We shall keep you updated when this feature is available.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working hard to get international shipping up and running soon – drop us your interest at info@nubrewtea.com and we will try and add your country to our list as soon as possible!
4. ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING:
You can log into your account to check for updates regarding your orders and to track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:

New: This order has been placed by the customer, and needs to be processed

Processing: The order has started processing – this will now be printed as per requirements and packaged

Shipped: The order has been completed and dispatched by NuBrewTea, and is on its way to you! You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email

On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to more information is needed, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order.

Canceled: This order was canceled, either by the user or by NuBrewTea. If you want more information about this, please reach out to us through Contact Us.

Returned: This order was returned to NuBrewTea after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the extra charge.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

1) Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, but once they are dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible. To cancel your order, please email us with your order number or order details on info@nubrewtea.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
2) We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but realise that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you unsatisfied. Our returns policy laid out below is to deal with such situations.

Damaged/Defective product: In case the packaging, or the product that you received was defective or damaged, then please raise it with us at info@nubrewtea.com Subject to verification, we will have a pick up arranged and replace the order with something else of your choice, or give you the credits in your account for another purchase.

Incorrect product/quantity shipped: In case we have shipped the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please flag it at info@nubrewtea.com and we will have it replaced with the correct product right away! Please allow us 8 days to arrange for the replacements.
3) Full amount paid will be refunded to the original source of payment only in case of duplicate payment. For other concerns, please reach out to us on info@nubrewtea.com
